1. Estrid Sveynsdottir, Princess of Denmark: Born about 967, of Denmark; Died before 9 May; Married about 987 Jarl, Ulf Thorgilsson, Regent of Denmark: Born about 967, of Halland, Sweden; Died 22 September 1027. (See Earls of Northumberland)

2. Sveyn I "Forkbeard", King of Denmark and of England: Born about 965, of Denmark; Died 3 February 1014, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, England; Married 998; Swietoslava (or Sygryda or Gunhild), Princess of Poland, Queen of Sweden: Born about 970, of Poznan, Poznan, Poland; Died after 2 February 1014. Sveyn Became King of Denmark in 987 by deposing his own father. In the last year of his life (1013) he conquered all of England North of the Danelaw. Unfortunately he died soon after. He reigned in England for only five weeks. His son Canute (Knut) the Great succeded him to the English throne. The dates that I have listed her for this generation and the previous one conflict badly but they are the only ones I have been able to find thus far.

Sveyn's Father--

3. Harald VII "Blue-Tooth" Gormsson, King of Denmark: Born about 910, of Blauzahn, Germany; Died November 986. In 945 Harald became King of Denmark and by 950 he was King of all of Denmark. In about 960 he was converted to the Christian faith. Once Harald had been converted he made Christianity the official religion of all Denmark. In 980 Harald built the royal fortresses of Trelleborg and Fyrkat. Harald was deposed by his own son Sveyn Forkbeard. Harald died in exile soon after his deposition.

4. Gorm "the Old", King of Denmark: Born about 840, Denmark; Died about 940; Married Thyre "Danebod", Queen of Denmark: Born about 840.

5. Harde-Knud Sigurdsson: Born about 814, Hord, Jutland, Denmark.

6. Sigurd "Snake-Eye" Ragnarsson: Born about 782, Denmark; Married Heluna or Bleja, Princess of England: Born about 784, England.
