Andrew (Andras) I, King of Hungary: Born 1001, of Esztergom, Komarom-Esztergom, Hungary; Died after 6 July 1060, Zircz, Veszprem, Hungary; Married about 1037; Anastasiya Agmunda Yaroslavna of Kiev: Born about 1023, of Kiev, Ukraine; Died after 1074. At the time of the reign of Peter, Andrew was one of the three remaining members of the House of Árpád. Andras lived peaceably with his brothers until he tried to secure the succession of his son Salamon, whom he married as an infant to Holy Roman Emperor Henry III's child daughter, Judith. As a result the Hungarians were forced to embrace Christianity. Andrew willingly accepted the new religion; his brother Levente renounced his claim to the throne because he refused to convert. Bela, the third brother, revolted. Andrew was killed in the fighting of this rebellion.

3. Vázul (Vazoly), Prince of Hungary: Born 976, of Esztergom, Komarom-Esztergom, Hungary; Died 1037; Married Anastasia, Princess of Hungary: Born about 978, of Esztergom, Komarom-Esztergom, Hungary. Vázul was the nephew to King Stephen lived in exile in Poland, since his father had committed some offense which had caused King Stephen of Hungary to send Vázul and his brothers into exile.

Mihaly, Prince of Hungary, Regent of Poland: Born 955, of Esztergom, Komarom-Esztergom, Hungary; Died about 978, Hungary; Married Adelajda "the White" Princess of Poland: Born about 940/955, of Poznan, Poland; Died 997, Hungary. Mihaly offended King Stephen, his brother, to such an extent that he sent his children into exile and he had Mihaly thrown into prison and had his eyes put out.
